LIFTING
11.1
WITH A MANUAL HOIST
To lift the MRX and MY spraying booms, the sprayers are equipped with a manual hoist, which is
installed at the back side of the sprayer's frame. The spray boom is suspended between the hoist and
the compression spring, which absorbs the shocks from vertical oscillation. The soft vertical
movement for adjusting the height of nozzles is provided by vertical guides with sliders.

HYDRAULIC LIFTING MECHANISM
The hydraulic lifting mechanism is the same for all spray booms. The hydraulic lift cylinder is a
single-action type. A double locking valve ensures safety by preventing the spray boom from dropping
suddenly if the hose is broken. The lifting speed of the spray boom is controlled by means of a flow
control valve mounted at the top of the lifting cylinder.
