9.3.5 Canister flushing nozzle
After emptying the crop protection agent canisters, the canister must be rinsed with the rinsing
nozzle in the Ecomixer.

Guide the emptied canister onto the flushing nozzle (2 Fig. 9/5)
- The faucet is opened slightly (flushing is not optimal at high pressure), the canister is flushed
by the water pressure inside.
- For small canisters with small holes, stop the washing process after a short time and let the
water flow out of the canister, then rinse again.
- Empty the washed canister into the ecomixer.
- Close the tap for canister flushing.
- Open the rinsing tap of the ecomixer
- During this entire process, the tap can be opened to empty the ecomixer.
9.4 Adding pesticides to the tank via the main tank opening
Attention!
If the chemical is to be filled into the tank via the main opening, this may only be accessed as far
as the stairs and the service platform!
A filter basket must be inserted into the tank opening.
9.5 Mixing
The sprayer is equipped with a hydraulic agitator as standard.
Special equipment:

It is also possible to equip the sprayer with a second hydraulic agitator, which is remotely
controlled from the operator terminal in the operator's cab.
- Switching between spraying and mixing is possible via the control panel in the operator's cab.
The significance of this function lies in the fact that the tank can be intensively mixed during
overrun (switching on the headland).
Thanks to the injector nozzles placed on the bottom along the entire length of the tank, fast and
efficient mixing is ensured.
The main mixture is intense and uses the full power of the pump.
9.5.1 Mixing with maximum power
Mixing with a hydraulic mixer.

The 5-way stopcock (7) must be set to stirring.
- Switch on the pump (2).
Mixing with double hydraulic agitator during spraying.

When spraying, the 5-way stopcock (7 Fig. 6/3) must be turned to "Spray".
- Switching the 2nd agitator on or off on the operating terminal depending on the product used
