Check crawler tracks for damage
Check the crawler tracks (A/1) for damage with
the ignition switched off and the spark plug con-
nector removed. Start the engine and move
the machine forward, so that you can check the
other part of the crawler tracks.
Keep your hands away from crushing
points when moving the machine!
Switch off the engine and ignition and remove
the spark plug connector before continuing
the inspection!
Repeat the instructions above, until you have
checked the entire length of both crawler tracks.
Change the crawler tracks if they are damaged.
The crawler tracks must only be changed in a
specialist workshop

Traction drive generator
Checking the V-belt tension on the generator
Make sure that the ignition is switched off.
The V-belt is located in the mowing deck and can be accessed by opening the covers
under the fuel containers.
Check the V-belt tension after every
25 hours of operation
. For correct V-belt ten-
sion see section below.
Correct V-belt tension:
The V-belt gives way by approximately 15 to 20
mm when you press your thumb on it.
Adjustment and belt replacement should be car-
ried out by a specialist workshop or
