wiring schematics of the various diffusion pumps within the electrical box. For the wiring
schematic of the heaters to the terminal strip, please refer to the standard instruction manual
or the wiring label on the inside cover of the electrical box. Figure 5 on page 7, Figure 6 on
page 7 and Figure 7 on page 7 show the pin assignments for each of the wiring harnesses
called out in the wiring schematics.
