Turning on and turning off the air

This topic explains how to turn on and turn off the air to the PlateLoc.
Before turning on
the air
Make sure:

You have properly installed the PlateLoc.
❑
The air is turned on at the source (house, cylinder, or pump) and the
air pressure and flow rate meet the PlateLoc requirements.
❑
The PlateLoc is turned on.
Turning on the air
To turn on the air:
1.
Push the AIR ON/OFF switch to the ON position.
The following diagram shows the location of the air ON/OFF switch
on the back of the PlateLoc. The ON/OFF switch in the diagram is in
the OFF position.
When you turn on the air, the PlateLoc door opens. If this is the first time
you are turning on the air, you must remove the packing foam inside the
sealing chamber before you can use the device.
!! IMPORTANT !!
Save the packing foam in case you need to move
or ship the PlateLoc. The packing foam is designed to protect the
device. Packing the PlateLoc using other materials can damage the
device and void your warranty.
