Calibrate NovoCyte Fluidics Station II
NovoCyte Fluidics Station II is calibrated at the factory and should be ready to use
when connected to the instrument after installation. However, in some cases when
there is a need to recalibrate the fluidics station after shipment and movement
(e.g. when a false warning about the liquid level in the reagent containers is
observed), follow the procedures below to recalibrate the fluidics station.
NOTE
Calibrate Fluidics Station
function is only available when
Calibrate Fluidics Station
privilege is enabled. Refer to
NovoExpress Software Guide
for instructions to enable
this privilege.

Click
Instrument > Operation > Calibrate Fluidics Station
in the NovoExpress
software.

Follow the instruction in the software, remove the NovoFlow, NovoRinse,
NovoClean, and waste containers from the fluidics station. Click the
OK
button.

The software will prompt a dialog box indicating the fluidics station calibration
is successful. Follow the instructions to place the NovoFlow, NovoRinse,
NovoClean, and waste containers back into the fluidics station. Click the
OK
button.
