Frame Stiffness Calibration: CSM Method

Make sure that the fused silica standard is in the center sample-disk
hole in the sample tray.

In NanoSuite, select

Open Method…

from the Method menu.

From the Filename drop-down box in Open Method dialog box,
select the correct method for the installed indenter head:

For the XP head, choose

XP > G-Series CSM Standard

Hardness, Modulus, and Tip Cal

as shown on the top in

Figure 6-85

For the DCM head, choose

DCM > G-Series DCM CSM
