Email Alert Settings screen
Purpose: To set up the sender information for email alerts sent by the system. See instructions in
“Set up the email settings for outgoing email alerts”
To open: From the Home screen, press
Settings
. On the Settings screen press

Settings
. Then, press
Email Alert Settings

Mail Server Info
Press this heading to view the settings for the outgoing mail server.

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)
: Type the host name of the SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol).
Port
: Type the port number for SMTP.
Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
: Mark the check box if the outgoing mail server supports SSL
encryption.
Sender Info
Press this heading to view the settings for the sender’s email account.
