Nebulizer Adjustment Fixture User Guide

Troubleshooting

The figures below show badly adjusted or damaged nebulizers.

Problem

Solution

Concentricity of needle is 
poor

Replace the needle. If the 
replacement needle is still 
out of concentricity, the 
nebulizer body or the needle 
holder is damaged or bent. 
Replace the complete 
assembly.

Nozzle body is damaged

Replace the entire nebulizer 
assembly.
