Leak mode (Flow Tracker 2000 only)

The Agilent Flow Tracker 2000 flowmeters use the thermal 
conductivity property of gases to detect leaks. The mechanism 
for detecting leaks is entirely separate from the main flow 
metering portion of the device. It consists of a sample suction 
probe, internal flow channel with thermal conductivity sensors, 
an internal suction pump, and an exhaust port.
