NOTE
If the waveform is active (
W-CDMA Off On
set to On), clipping settings are
not
applied until
you press the
Apply To Waveform
softkey.
Generating the Waveform
Press
Mode Setup

W-CDMA Off On
until On is highlighted.
This generates a waveform with the custom W-CDMA uplink state created in the previous sections. The
display changes to
UL WCDMA Setup: DPCCH (Modified)
. During waveform generation, the
WCDMA
and
I/Q
annunciators appear and the waveform is stored in volatile ARB memory. The waveform is now
modulating the RF carrier.
