Boolean - True if a tunable laser source with the specified index
exists
Parameters
ByVal idx As Integer
The zero-based index of the tunable laser for which the
wavelengths are queried
ByRef minWvl As Double
Holds the minimum wavelength of the tunable laser in 'nm'
ByRef maxWvl As Double
Holds the maximum wavelength of the tunable laser in 'nm'
