Returning a Kit or Device to Agilent
If your kit or device requires service, contact Agilent Technologies for information on
where to send it. Refer to
“Contacting Agilent” on page 6-4
. Include a service tag (located
near the end of this manual) on which you provide the following information:
• your company name and address
• a technical contact person within your company, and the person's complete telephone
number
• the model number and serial number of the kit
• the part number and serial number of each device
• the type of service required
• a detailed description of the problem and how the device was being used when the
problem occurred (such as calibration or measurement)
