After software installation on a new, 
empty harddisk, the printer is only in 
the same state than before, if an up-
to-date backup is available.  

In case the CF card is lost or not 
readable the complete printer setup 
has to be redone.

in the same state like it has been 
shipped from factory

boards gets re-programmed during the software upgrade.

In case this re-programming is interrupted by power loss, this specific board may 
become unusable.
