When the image plate is completely inside the cassette, close the shutter
and remove the Agfa cassette key.

As an alternative to the Agfa cassette key, a pen can be
used to unlock the cassette. Insert the pen into the cassette lock
firmly while opening or closing the shutter.

After cleaning it is necessary to erase the image plate
before use.
Cleaning the Cassette
Clean the cassette thoroughly. Use only a dry cloth or blow away possible dust
with compressed air.
When necessary, you can clean the outside of the cassettes, preferably only
with a damp cloth (water, soap).
CAUTION:
Before doing a damp cleaning of the cassette, remove the image
plate.
CAUTION:
Do not use AGFA CR Phosphor Plate Cleaner, PROSAT wipes,
AGFA CURIX screen cleaner or any other screen cleaners or
alcohol containing liquid on the cassette surface, as this can
cause damage to the cassette.
Do not pour liquid directly on the cassette. Always use a low-
linting cloth dampened (not dripping) with the solution.
