MassARRAY® Nanodispenser RS1000 v2.1 User Guide
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
External ports
The Nanodispenser RS1000 can be connected to an external:
• Keyboard with a USB connector
• Pointing device (for example, mouse or trackball with a USB connector)
• Monitor with a VGA connector
The keyboard and pointing device can be used to control the instrument instead of the
touch screen. A monitor connected to the VGA port acts as a “clone” display which
shows an image identical to that on the instrument touch screen.
The Ethernet port should be used to connect the instrument to a network solely for
transmitting sample-tracking and processing data, and for remote servicing by
Agena Bioscience Customer Support. The Ethernet port should not be used for
general networking. The I/O port is not currently used. It is reserved for future expansion.
