4.3   Lubrication chart

WARNING: Risk of contact with dangerous materials.

Put on the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when you use lubricants and oils.
Lubricants and oils are dangerous to health and the environment.

WARNING: Risk of personal injury.

Release the hydraulic pressure before you do maintenance on the machine.

Necessary items to lubricate the machine:
• Grease pump
• Biodegradable grease (Total Biomultis SEP2 or equivalent)
• Molykote BR2 plus grease or equivalent
• Oil can
• GX85-W140 transmission oil or equivalent.

Apply Biodegradable grease (Total Biomultis SEP2 or equivalent) to:

Parking jack
Loading arm hinges
Wrapping roller bearings
Transport wheel hinge
Wrapping table cylinder
Wrapping table hinges

Apply Molykote BR2 plus (or equivalent) to:

Stretcher unit gearwheels
Transmission gearwheels

Apply GX85-W140 transmission oil (or equivalent) to:

Drive chain of the wrapping rollers.
