Interchange the gear wheels (6) and (7) with the gear wheels (4) and (5):
° To increase the length of the film by 55% use the gear wheels with 39 and 60 teeth.
° To increase the length of the film by 70% use the gear wheels with 37 and 62 teeth.
5.
Make sure that the gear wheels and the rollers turn smoothly.
6.
Install the gear wheels that are not in operation on the cover (1) of the gear box.
7.
Install the cover (1) of the gear box.
3.1.6 Adjust the film stretch
Procedure
1.
NOTE:
If there are three bolts in the gear box
cover then go to 3.1.5.
Remove the cover (3) of the gear box.

Release the fasteners (4) from the top and
the bottom of the roller (5) with the smallest
gear wheel.
3.
Interchange the positions of the two smallest gear wheels (7) and (8):
° To increase the length of the film by 55% use the gear wheels with 39 and 60 teeth.
° To increase the length of the film by 70% use the gear wheels with 36 and 60 teeth.
4.
Align the gear wheels and rollers vertically with the other roller (6).
5.
Tighten the fasteners (4) at the top and bottom of the roller (5).
6.
Make sure that the gear wheels and the rollers turn smoothly.
7.
Install the cover of the gear box (3).

3.1.7 Program settings
Calculate the number of turns:
1.
Push the button
to set the machine in to manual mode.
2.
Make sure that the machine is in manual mode
on the screen.
3.
Lift a bale on to the loading arm.
4.
Push and hold the switch
to the UP position to lift the bale on to the wrapper table in manual
mode.
5.
Push and hold the switch
to the DOWN position to lower the loading arm.
6.
NOTE:
Count the number of 360 degree turns (AA) that are necessary to wind one layer of film
around the bale.
