3.1.4 Adjust the bearings adjust plate
Procedure
1.
Release the fasteners of the adjust plate (1)
and the roller bearings (2) on the right side of
the trailer.

2 Roller bearings
A 16 mm
B 22 mm
C 28 mm
D Correct roller belt tension

Turn the adjust plates (1) to the applicable
side (A), (B), (C) to give the correct tension
(D) on the roller belts.
3.
Make sure that the adjustment keeps the
rollers parallel to each other.
4.
Tighten the fasteners on the adjust plate (1).
5.
Tighten the fasteners on the roller bearings
(2) against the adjust plate (1).

3.1.5 Adjust the film stretch
Procedure
1.
NOTE:
If there are two bolts in the gear box
cover then go to 3.1.6.
Remove the cover of the gear box (1).

2 Fastener
3 Washer
4 Gear wheel
5 Gear wheel
6 Gear wheel
7 Gear wheel
8 Support
2.
Remove the fastener (2) that holds the gear
wheels (4) and (5) on the cover (1) of the
gear box.
3.
Remove the gear wheels (4) and (5) from the cover (1) of the gear box.
4. NOTE:
Make sure that the smallest gear wheel is nearest to the support (8) .
