Adjust the position of the film holder (3) until the installation holes align with the centre of the bale.
5.
Make sure that you install the film holder (3) tightly in position.
6.
Remove the cover of the gear wheel
housing.
7. NOTE:
Do not remove the fastener from the
chain tension device.
Loosen the fastener of the chain tension
device to release the chain tension.
8.
Install the gear wheel (1) and chain (2) that
are necessary for the film width:
° For 750 mm film roll use a gear wheel
with 28 teeth.
° For 500 mm film roll use a gear wheel
with 45 teeth and a chain from the
extension kit.
9.
Adjust the tension on the chain (2).
10.
Install the cover on the gear wheel housing.

3.1.3 Adjust the bale end-tipper
Procedure
1.
Make sure that the bale end tipper is in the
operation position.

Use an applicable tool at the position (A) to
make sure that the bale end tipper is in a
level position.
3.
If it is not level, tighten or loosen the
fasteners (2) to adjust the spring tension.
