Mounting and commissioning
Mount KAV in such a way that it is protected against damage, easily
accessible and can be operated easily.
The fuel oil consumer must generate a vacuum of at least 0.4 bar.

Any mounting position is permissible. The height difference between
the maximum tank level and the lowest point of the oil-carrying pipe
(safe height) must not exceed a maximum of 4.0 m.
KAV is also suitable for installation in the manhole of underground
tanks or in the inspection duct of the suction line if, for example,
parts of the suction line are underground and below the maximum
tank level.
Install KAV in the immediate vicinity of the tank in the suction
line above the maximum level in the tank (no mechanical forces
or mechanical tension may act on the unit).
Connecting the suction line
The scope of delivery includes three universal compression fittings
for pipes with outside diameters of 6/8/10 mm.
