Phonebook
Pressing the “DIRECTORY” key the “
ADDRESS BOOK
”
pages opens, where it is possible to enter a new
name or choose a name to call or edit an existing name.
Entering Names in the Phonebook
To enter a name:
1. Press the “DIRECTORY” key to open
THE
“
ADDRESS BOOK
”
page.
2. Press the function-key “
Enter
”.
3. Enter the data requested, use the “arrow” keys to move from one field to another, using the
alphanumeric keyboard to enter the necessary data.
Note:
If you want to store an audio call only entry, you must check the Speech box.
Modifying and Erasing Phonebook Entries
To modify a phonebook entry:
1. Select the desired entry.
2. Click the function-key “Modify”.
3. Enter modifications and save them
To erase an entry in the phonebook:
1. Select the desired entry and press OK.
2. Click on the function-key “
Cancel
” (the system will ask you to confirm deletion).
