3. Measure and mark the center of the template
material as shown.
4. Center the template on the bottom of the fuse
and align with the 3/16” reference marks previ-
ously drawn.
5. Tape template to bottom of fuselage. Ensure
there is a 3/16” overlap behind the front former.
6. Hold the template up to the exhaust stacks and
trace around the location of both of the exhaust
stacks. Use a hobby knife to cut out the tracing
around both of the exhaust stacks as shown,

: This hole is only for allowing the template to
pull up to the cylinder head and will be
enlarged later for a hot air exit.
