2.4.4. Encoder Fault Interface (J103)
The encoder fault input is for use with encoders that have a fault output. This is provided by some
manufactures and indicates a loss of encoder function. The active state of this input is parameter
configurable and the controller should be configured to disable the axis when the fault level is active.
