7 Troubleshooting
The table below shows typical problems that occur when connecting and configuring
the device, and possible ways to fix them.

1 The steamer
does not heat
up
The device is
not connected
to the mains or
is not switched
on
Make sure the steamer is turned on, the
plug is plugged into the outlet, and the
outlet is in good condition. Make sure you
have pressed the “ON/OFF” button
2 The steamer
does not
produce steam
No water in the
water tank
Disconnect the steamer from the power
supply and fill the water tank as
described in point 2.2

Water drips
from the
steaming head
or runs out of
the water tank
The steamer is
not heated to
the
desired
temperature
Wait about 40 seconds until the red light
on the steam button (5) comes on. Up to
this point, the steamer should be in an
upright position
Silicone plug of
water tank not
properly sealed
Close the silicone water tank plug tightly
as described in point 2.2

If none of the possible solutions solves the problem, contact your supplier or
service centre. Please do not disassemble or attempt to repair the device on
your own.
