7 Troubleshooting
Table 5 shows typical problems that occur when connecting and configuring the
device, and possible ways to fix them

The steamer
does not heat up
The device is not
connected to the
mains or is not
turned on.
Make sure that the device is
turned on, the plug is connected
to the socket, and the socket is in
good condition. Make sure you
have pressed the ON/OFF button.

The steamer
does not produce
steam
No water in the tank Unplug the device and fill the
tank with water
The tank is
incorrectly installed
Install the water tank according
to paragraph 2.2

Water drips from
the steaming
head or runs out
of the tank
The steamer is not
heated to the
desired temperature
Wait (about 35 seconds) for the
red operating mode indicator (8)
to glow continuously. Up to this
moment, the steamer should be
in upright position
Silicone plug of
water tank is not
properly sealed
Remove the tank, close the plug
tightly and reinstall the tank
according to paragraph 2.2
ATTENTION!
If none of the possible solutions solves the problem, contact your supplier or
service centre. Please do not disassemble or attempt to repair the device on
your own.
