Washing is heavily
creased.
Probably too much washing
has been put in the drum.
Pay attention to the maximum
load quantity (see Programme
Tables).
Washing is not
thoroughly spun,
water remains visi-
ble in the drum.
The END light
flashes twice an
acoustic signal is
emitted twice.
The drain hose is kinked.
Remove the kink.
The maximum pump height
(outlet height 1 m from
the base of the appliance)
is exceeded.
Contact your local Service
Force Centre. For pumping
heights over 1 m a conversion
kit is available as a special ac-
cessory.
The drain pump is blocked.
Switch off the machine and
disconnect the mains plug.
Clean the drain pump.
For siphon attachments:
the siphon is blocked.
Clean the siphon.
The door cannot be
opened when the
washing machine
is on.
START/PAUSE
and DOOR lights
come on.
Door is locked due to high
water level, or high tempera-
ture.
Wait until the programme has
ended, the DOOR light goes off
and the END light is lit.
If it is necessary to open the
door immediately,
Turn the programme selector
to OFF; then turn it to DRAIN.
Press the START/PAUSE but-
ton.
When the water has been
pumped out, the door can be
opened.
Power failure dur-
ing a wash pro-
gramme (all
indicator lights
are off).
The failure may be caused by
a blown house fuse or by a
mains supply fault into the
house.
(For safety reasons, the door
remains locked for around
2 minutes.)
The programme continues
when power is restored.
If washing has to be taken out
during a power cut:
Turn the control knob to OFF.
Carry out emergency emptying
(see Section "Carry out emer-
gency emptying“).
After about 2 minutes,
the door can be opened by
pulling on the handle.
