The empty oven should

tray for collecting the fat

first shelf position

bottom.

Grilling is particularly suitable for flat pieces of meat or fish.

Unpack the food and place it on a plate on the oven shelf.
•
Do not cover with a plate or bowl, as these can substantially lengthen the defrosting
time.
