3.4.3. iedevice
NAME:
iedevice — Installs an IEEE-488 device in place of the output device of
MS-DOS.
SYNTAX:
iedevice(addr,portno);
addr:integer; The address of the device which is assigned to LPTn: or
COMn:. If addr<0 or addr>30, the replacement of LPTn: or
COMn: is disabled.
portno:integer; The port number which is to be replaced with the IEEE-488
device.

DESCRIPTION:
This procedure installs an IEEE-488 device driver in place of the LPT1:, LPT2:,
LPT3:, COM1: and COM2: drivers. The =4 IEEE-488 devices then can be
accessed using the system commands in MS-DOS.
