4.3.4 Output Mode Select Command
If bit3 is set, operations will not accel/decal unless this bit was cleared.
Sensitivity setting:
Low: the input signal will be ignored when pulse width < 800 ns
High: the input signal will be recognized when pulse width < 800 ns
