2.3 Installing Optional Disk Drives
The IPPC-7157 provides spaces for two 3.5" hard disk drives, one CD-
ROM drive, & one 3.5" floppy disk drive within the chassis. Front-facing
FDD & CD-ROM have already been installed. You can access them after
opening the front LCD panel.
Below is the procedure of installing HDD:
1.
Unscrew and remove the HDD Drive Bay.
2. Unscrew the 4 screws on the drive bay, and separate the 2 parts.
3. Install HDD with 2 screws on each side.
4. Combine the 2 sheet metal parts of the drive bay with the screws
5. Install the HDD drive bay back into chassis.
2.4 Rack Mounting
The IPPC-7157A can be mounted to a 19" industrial rack.
