2.6 Front Access I/O Interface Design
One of the unique design features of the IPC-7120 (IPC-5120) is that the
I/O interfaces and expansion slots are located on the front of the chassis.
This arrangement helps to eliminate most typical accessibility problems,
and saves more space if the unit must be mounted on a wall or a work-
bench.
An added design feature is the convenience of the mounting brace for
securing the power cord on the IPC-7120 (IPC-5120). Users can find the
mounting brace in the accessory box. (see
Figure 2.10
)
