Legacy USB Support

Enable or disable legacy USB support. 'Auto' option disables legacy support if 

no USB devices are connected. 'Disable' option will keep USB devices available 

only for EFI applications. This option is valid after BIOS is set to Legacy from the 

default UEFI mode.

XHCI Hand-off

This is a workaround for OS without XHCI hand-off support. The XHCI owner

ship change should be claimed by XHCI driver.
