Install Heater Block Bushing 

 

3.3.1

 

Install the Heater Seal 

Position the heater seal on the tip of the air 
cylinder with the indent positioned as shown. 
 

 

3.3.2

 

Install the Washer 

Position the washer over the air cylinder tip. 

3.3.3

 

Install the Jet Spring. 

Place the hammer spring on top of the washer. 
 
 

3.3.4

 

Heater Block Bushing 

Leave grease in place. Press in new bushing. 
(If installing a new heater block, the bushing is 
pre-installed.)
