Logging On to the Network Element
Before you can configure and monitor the NE, you must authenticate yourself by
logging on to the NE.
To achieve different access rights you must log off and log on with an other user
account and associated password.

Procedure
Step 1
At the login prompt, enter the relevant user account name.
When the NE is in its initial state, the factory default user accounts are
ADMIN, PROVISION, OPERATOR, MONITOR.
Step 2
Type the relevant password.
When the NE is in its initial state, the password for all factory default
user accounts is CHGME.1.
After entering the appropriate user name and password, the Craft
Console will start immediately.
