Adjust the screen color to match the 

printed color in one of these ways:

• Drag the circle in the middle of the 
main color field to a new location.

• Drag the slider up or down on the 
luminosity bar to the right of the color 
display box.

• Enter new values in the Hue, Satura-
tion, and Brightness text boxes, or in 
the Red, Green, and Blue fields; you can 
type decimal percentages in these fields. 
You can also scroll through nondecimal 
percentages by clicking the scroll 
arrows to the right of the entry field.

When the color in the New swatch 

matches the printed sample, click OK.

• Repeat steps 4 through 7 for each 
color in the Color Matching dialog 
box that does not match your printed 
sample.If the colors do not match, you 
can set the correct gamma value by 
contacting your monitor manufacturer, 
contacting your workstation manufac-
turer, or adjusting the colors using the 
Adobe Color Picker to match the printed 
sample.
