Using the Publish and Subscribe
commands
You can use Adobe Illustrator Publish
and Subscribe commands to share and
update material between documents.
Publish and Subscribe let you copy and
update material from on e document to
other documents. Once you’ve pasted
published material into a document, the
material can be updated automatically
whenever the original file is modified.
(For a detailed description of Publish
and Subscribe, see your Macintosh
documentation.)
To use Publish and Subscribe, you first
define the material that you want to be
made available to other documents; this
material is called a publisher. The mate-
rial in the publisher is then saved as a
separate file called an edition.
