• Click the graph tool in the artwork 
where you want to create the graph, and 
then specify the dimensions for the 
graph in the Graph dialog box. By 
default, the Graph dialog box displays 
the dimensions of the most recently 
drawn rectangle, oval, or graph. Dimen-
sions are determined by 

the ruler units

in the Document Setup dialog box.

A graph of the shape and dimensions 
you designate appears, along with the 
Graph Data dialog box. Anchor points 
on the graph indicate that it is selected.
