To get a list of alternative spellings
for a misspelled word, click the word
in the Misspelled Words list. The first
instance of that word is highlighted in
your document, and any alternative
spellings appear in the Suggested
Corrections list.

Choose one of three options:
• To enter a new spelling for a
misspelled word, either click the correct
spelling in the Suggested Corrections
text box or type the corrected spelling
in the Change text box. To change the
first instance of the misspelled word in
the document, click Change or double-
click the word. To change every instance
of the selected misspelled word in the
document, click Change All.
• To skip a word without changing it,
click Skip. To skip every instance of the
word in the document, click Skip All.
This option removes the word from the
Misspelled Words list, but the word will
reappear the next time the document is
checked.
