Deleting custom colors
Deleting unused colors from the Cus-
tom Color list reduces the size of your
file and lets you more easily access the
custom colors you keep. This procedure
deletes the specified colors from all
open documents. (It does not delete col-
ors from your startup file.) The default
custom colors will reappear the next
time you open the documents.
To delete a custom color:

Close any documents from which you
do not want to delete custom colors.

Choose Object
>
Custom Color, or
double-click a custom color name in the
Paint Style palette.

Choose one of these methods:
• To delete one color, select the color,
and click Delete. Any objects painted
with the deleted color are filled with
black.
• To delete all custom colors not used in
any open document, click Select All
Unused, and then click Delete.
