Display the Graphics menu to make sure that Snap is turned off. If it’s not turned off, 

choose Graphics > Snap.

Drag the graphic a bit up and to the left until it’s no longer cropped. 

Now you’ll make the graphics conditional by selecting the anchored frames and then 
applying the appropriate condition tag.

Click the bottom edge of the anchored frame that contains the graphic of the CEO 

chair (the one with armrests). This selects the anchored frame. Don’t select the graphic 
itself.
