Adding a title
Before you format the index entries, you’ll add a title.

Click at the beginning of the first paragraph of the index (on the left side of the group
title

) and press Return.

Click in the new empty paragraph and type
Index
.

Choose Format > Paragraphs > Designer.

Choose New Format from the Commands pop-up menu.

Enter
IndexTitle
in the Tag text box.

Make sure that both options, Store in Catalog and Apply to Selection, are selected.

Click Create.
