Change the Space Above to 20 and the Top cell margin to 4.

Resizing columns
Now you’ll resize the table columns. To begin, you’ll verify that the table is measured in
points. (There are 72 points in an inch.)

Choose View > Options.

Make sure the Display Units pop-up menu is set to Point and click Set.
