Some email problems only queue messages to be sent. You may need to start your email client
program to cause the message to actually send.
10.2.2.5 Saving Your Digital ID Certificate to a File
To save a digital ID certificate to a file:
1. Choose
Advanced
(Acrobat) or
Document
(Adobe Reader)
> Security Settings
.
2. Select
Digital IDs
in the left-hand tree.
3. Highlight an ID in the list on the right.
4. Choose
Export
.
5. Choose
Save the exported data to a file

6. Choose a file type:
Acrobat FDF Data Exchange
: FDF files enable the easy exchange of data between any Acrobat
family of products.
Certificate Message Syntax - PKCS#7
: Save the file as a PKCS7 file. Use this format when the data
will be imported into a non-Adobe store such as the Macintosh key store or Windows Certificate
Store.
