_8102_disable_soft_limit:
This function is used to disable the soft limit function.
_8102_enable_soft_limit:
This function is used to enable the soft limit function. Once
enabled, the action of soft limit will be exactly the same as physi-
cal limit.

This function is used to set the soft limit value.
