ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION FOR

1. Screw the tube (B) onto base (A) clockwise until tight.
2. Screw the tube (C) and tube (B) together.
3. Screw tube (C), (D) and (E) together. You may need to
pull any excess cord gently through the base so that
these two parts fit.
4. Insert socket holder (F) to tube (E) and tighten it
with the hex screw (G) by using allen wrench (H).
Note: The socket holder (F) should curve toward the
glass table .
5. Put shade (I) onto the socket holder (F) by using finial
(J) to tighten it.
6. Screw glass (K) onto the tube (C) clockwise until tight.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
This portable lamp has a polarized plug as a feature to reduce the
risk of electric shock (one blade is larger than the other). This plug
will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit
fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician.Do not use with an extension cord unless the
plug can be fully inserted.
DO NOT ALTER THE PLUG .
