Parameter:
- Input:
BYTE b_SlotNumber slot number of the board
- Ausgabe:
PBYTE pb_BoardHandle Handle of the board to use the functions.
Task:
Controls if there is a
xPCI-1710
board and saves the slot number. The user
gets back a handle so that the next functions can be used. Handles enable the
administration of several boards.
Calling convention:

-1: Slot number not available
