Calibration Operation
The calibration of this instrument cannot be performed by key operations. Perform the calibration by using
the remote commands through the USB or GPIB.
For more information on remote commands, refer to calibration items in Section 4.4, “Measured Data Output
Format.”
There are two types of calibration: The IV offset calibration and the current measurement calibration. The IV
offset calibration must be complete before performing the current measurement calibration.
