3.  WARRANTY 

3.01 

ADC Telecommunications, Inc. warrants this product to be free of defects and to be fully functional for a 
period of 60 months from the date of original shipment, given proper installation and regular 
maintenance. ADC will repair or replace any unit without cost during this period if the unit is found to be 
defective for any reason other than abuse or improper use or installation. 

3.02 

This unit should not be field repaired. If it fails, replace it with another unit and return the faulty unit to 
ADC for repair. Any modifications of the unit by anyone other than an authorized ADC representative 
will void the warranty. 

3.03 

If a unit needs repair, call ADC for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and instructions must be 
obtained before returning products:

3.04 

ADC will continue to repair or replace faulty units beyond the warranty program at a nominal charge. 
Contact your ADC sales representative for details and pricing.
