DISPLAY CONFIG 

Using the DISPLAY CONFIG menu, administrators may configure the device LED image and text for 

every device status. By default, the following configuration is used in the Osmond device.

The  device  is  ready  to  scan.  Insert 
document,  then  wait  (Autonomous 
mode)  or  click  on  the  SCAN button 
(Interactive mode). 

 

Scanning first page 

Scanning  images  and  performing 
OCR/RFID  chip  reading  of  the  first 
document page. 

 

Flip document 

Occurs if  the device is  set to  capture 
multiple  pages  of  a  document. 
Insert the next document page onto the 
device. 

 

Scanning second page 

Occurs if  the device is  set to  capture 
multiple  pages  of  a  document. 
Scanning the second document page. 

 

Scanning is completed; 

remove document 

All  document  pages  are  scanned.  
The  document  can  be  removed  from 
the scanner. 

 

Document is prepared  

for upload 

Document images and data are packed 
and  prepared for uploading  to  remote 
server or local database. 

 

Uploading document 

Document is  inserted  into  the  upload 
queue. Upload is performed as soon as
